Safety & Moderation

Last updated: 2026-05-30

How Rashfa keeps the community safe: reporting, blocking, review, and possible outcomes. Rashfa is for ages 16 and up.

Draft — pending legal review before launch.

1. Reporting content or a profile

You can report a recipe, coffee, or profile from the app. Tell us what is wrong so we can review it.

2. Blocking users

You can block a user from their profile. Blocks are private to you, and the blocked user is not notified.

3. How we review

Reports are reviewed against these policies. Review is best-effort and may take time.

4. Possible outcomes

After review we may: • Keep the content • Hide or remove the content • Warn the user • Suspend the account • Delete the account in serious cases

5. Emergencies and illegal content

Rashfa is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local authorities. We may report serious illegal content to the relevant authorities.

6. Best-effort and policy-based

Our actions are best-effort and based on these policies. We may update them as the platform grows.

7. Reporting comments and owner controls

You can report a comment or reply you think breaks the rules. A recipe's author can remove comments on their own recipe and pin one discussion item; admins can hide or remove comments, warn, or suspend. Removed comments stop being public; their author can still see their own.
