How to delete your Rashfa account and what happens to your data.
1. How to delete
You can start account deletion from the app settings. We confirm your identity before processing the request.
2. Until the backend is connected
While account features are being connected, you can also email privacy@rashfa.app or use the report / takedown form to request deletion.
3. What deletion removes
Deletion removes your account and associated personal data, except data we must retain for legal or safety reasons.
4. Anonymized retention
Some content or records may remain in anonymized form when needed for safety, moderation, or legal logs.
5. Need help
If you need help with deletion, email privacy@rashfa.app or contact support through the report form.
6. Your comments and replies
When your account is deleted, your comments and replies are deleted or anonymized. Some records may be kept in anonymized form when needed for safety, moderation, or legal logs.
