Content Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-30

Rashfa uses an open publishing model with post-publication moderation.

Publishing

Recipes and coffees publish immediately with status “published”. There is no pre-approval queue in V1.

What's allowed

Genuine brew recipes and accurate, descriptive coffee listings. Keep it useful and respectful.

What's not allowed

Spam, illegal or harmful content, harassment, impersonation, and falsely implying endorsement, authorization, or representation. Do not invent relationships with roasters.

Names & images

Roaster and product names are descriptive only. V1 does not allow uploading images, logos, product photos, or external image URLs.

Moderation actions

Admins may hide, remove, reject, or restore content after publication. Every action is recorded in a moderation log.

Reporting

Anyone can report content or request a takedown without an account.

Reporting users and blocking

You can report a profile from its page, and block or unblock a user in supported features. Blocks are private and the other user is not notified. Reports are reviewed and content may be hidden or removed. Submitted content is also checked by a simple automated filter to block code and unsafe links.
